Open Class Day (jugyo-sankan) and
Parents' Meeting (kondan-kai)



 

「じゅぎょうさんかん」ってなに？

子こどもが園えんに行いくようなると「授業参観じゅぎょうさんかん」があります。

 

園えんからおしらせのあった日・時間ひ　じかんに親おやが園えんに行いきます。

普段ふだんの授業じゅぎょうの様子ようすをみたり、発表はっぴょうをみたりします。

仕事しごとや用事ようじでいけない時ときは、参加さんかしなくて大丈夫だいじょうぶです。

注意ちゅういすること
  • 静しずかにみる
  • 子こどもに話はなしかけない
  • 写真しゃしんなどの撮影さつえいは禁止きんしのことが多おおい

保護者ほごしゃも参加さんかすることもあるので、そのときはお子こさんと楽たのしみましょう！

懇談会こんだんかい

懇談会こんだんかいは授業参観じゅぎょうさんかんのあとに、子こどもが帰かえった教室きょうしつでやることが多おおいです。

 

担任たんにんの先生せんせいと保護者ほごしゃ（おとうさんやおかあさん）とみんなで集あつまります。
保護者同士ほごしゃどうしが知しり合あうこともできます。

子こどもは参加さんかしません。
幼稚園ようちえんなどでは、その間あいだ、子こどもを他ほかの先生せんせいが見みてくれたりします。
懇談会こんだんかいでは、
  • クラスの様子ようす
  • 行事ぎょうじの説明せつめい
  • 持もちもの
  • 時期じきによっては夏休なつやすみについて　　　など、先生せんせいからのお話はなしを聞ききます。　
年度ねんどのはじめの懇談会こんだんかいでは、係かかり（保護者ほごしゃの役割分担やくわりぶんたん）を決きめます。

スリッパやIDカード、メモなど持もちものを確認かくにんしておきましょう。（だいたいの場合、おたよりに書かいてありますよ。）

 

 

Open Class Day (jugyo-sankan)

 


授業参観じゅぎょうさんかん (jugyo-sankan) is an open class day when parents visit the preschool to observe
activities and presentations of the kids' class.

The date and time will be announced on "otayori" (handout from the school). 



At the School, Parents Need To:

  • Watch quietly
  • Do not talking to students
  • Do not take pictures or movies (often prohibited)

There are some chances when parents are invited to join the activities.  In that case, enjoy it with your kids!

 

 

Parents' Meeting (kondankai)

懇談会こんだんかい (kondan-kai), parents' meeting is often held on the same day of the open school day.

It is often held in the classroom.

This is a great opportunity for parents to get to know each other.

Children do not participate in this meeting, and preschools often offer other teachers to look 

after the kids during the meeting.

 

The homeroom teacher and parents gather to talk about:

  • Their classes
  • School events
  • Necessary items for the class
  • Long holidays     etc.

In Parents' Meeting at the beginning of the fiscal year, we will discuss "kakari" (roles and responsibilities

of parents in the chool activities) .

Make sure to take your slipper, ID card for school entry, and other items shown on "otayori".
